Assessments

Understand when mental strength is likely to translate into meaningful performance and lasting health.

A psychological assessment is a reliable indicator for self-awareness which can help you develop an accurate perception about your potential.

Psychological science has developed also due to the accuracy of psychological tests. Detecting mental traits and their susceptibility to both internal factors (physiological) and external (social or environmental), improved the range of interventions available for promoting cognitive performance and mental health.

In psychological practice, assessments are carried out using interviews, tests and questionnaires, being generally focused on the following goals:

Self-awareness: find out how you compare to the general population when it comes to intelligence, emotional reactions or character strengths.

Diagnosis: identify protective factors together with the most relevant vulnerabilities for mental distress.

Performance: understand the mental factors which predict your success and find the skills that can open new opportunities for development across contexts.

In my practice, I rely on a range of evidence-based psychological tests and questionnaires. At the same time, have developed a range of questionnaires to further my research interests, some of which can be accessed below.
