Anxiety is not inherently maladaptive, as we wouldn't be able to function properly without weighing the options that lie ahead. But the motivation to put in perspective what needs to be avoided has a negative impact only when it becomes detrimental to your goals. I created a meditation pack to help you bridge the clinical perspective, with a positive experience which keeps your mind engaged and focused on acceptance. Also, starting from February, the anxiety support group will promote the purposeful anxiety principles, in order to help both adolescents and adults to adapt and thrive.
