Services Overview

The services I provide include scientifically refined strategies which explain the unknown, empower lasting change, and promote meaningful progress. Keeping the process simple, safe, and effective is one of my top priorities.

Designed to meet your standards

Whether you choose an individual intervention, questionnaire, or product, you should know that everything I do begins with evidence-based principles and is meant to meet the best standards. You can therefore expect to benefit from relevant procedures and a unique strategy tailored to your needs.

A flexible approach for human development

Psychotherapy, counselling, and coaching are complementary psychological interventions. They have different functions, and my academic background allows me to wear the scientist-practitioner’s hat for bringing research forward, strategizing, and shaping relevant skills you can easily transfer across contexts.

Applied cognitive and behavioral principles

According to recent research, cognitive behavioural principles consolidate some of the most effective psychological interventions. This means that mental reactions are best explained by a psychological framework that takes into account the interaction between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

A rigorous approach needs to be not only intuitive but also flexible. Psychological theory allows to apply skills across contexts—to improve mental health, drive organisational change, or promote community development.

Finding the right process for your needs

If you are looking to take your mindset to the next level, our journey may involve cognitive and behavioural principles, positive psychology, disease prevention, hypnosis, and problem-solving strategies. However, if you choose to focus on your organisation, we will step into the realm of design thinking to create the agile strategies that will help innovate the way you live and work.

According to the latest research, mental illness costs organisations billions of pounds each year in lost productivity and insurance claims. Wellbeing is a core aspect of organisational performance, significantly impacting both workplace interactions and revenue.

Today’s leaders are primarily focused on performance, often paying less attention to the human aspects of work. As a result, vulnerable employees may receive less support, and often suffer in silence due to the pressure to maintain a positive impression.

A recent meta-analysis shows that job strain and high effort, when combined with low reward and organisational injustice, are significant risk factors for coronary heart disease and mental distress. Under these conditions, psychological traits such as Type A personality, emotional sensitivity, physiological reactivity, and maladaptive coping skills contribute to higher levels of stress, reduced wellbeing, and increased morbidity and mortality.

This intervention is designed for organisations that recognise mental balance as a key driver of workplace performance. It incorporates targeted actions based on occupational psychology, using cognitive, behavioural, and organisational strategies that can meaningfully enhance success.

Please note: all consultancy services include applied psychology principles as well as design thinking methodologies to maximise impact and ensure quality standards. The quote will be determined based on your requirements.
